Due to the heat we are experiencing this week at practice (it looks better for tomorrow & today was fine though) I am moving practice time to the mornings.
Starting Monday August 11th, we will go from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM (give or take). Once school starts we'll go back to the 4-7PM routine, but until then we'll enjoy the cool Carolina mornings & take the afternoons off.
We should have a full roster established by Monday or Tuesday. Also, for the girls that missed sessions this week, we will have some make up conditioning work after regular practice ends so those girls should plan for rides in the 12-12:30 range. For each session you missed, you will be expected to stay after for make up.
